my boyfriend and I want to go hot tubbing, but all the hot tub places I've seen have a policy where if you're under 18 you must be accompanied by an adult. Is that a universal hot tubbing policy?

We have to get ready to do our performance evaluations at work and I will need to do a self-evaluation as part of it. I want to keep mine professional but I would like to voice my opinions on my dissatisfaction with my current role. Any suggestions on how to diplomatically come across to my manager so that we might sit down and have a meaningful discussion?

I need to get a cost evaluation on 3 different types of Helicopters, all three are Bell. Does anyone know any sites? Or does anyone here have cost evaluation software for helicopters, like Conklin and de Decker? I have Conklin on my computer, however it's just for planes. I don't want to BUY a helicopter, I just want the performance cost evaluation... the amount of money it takes to fly it. I've already been to the Bell website, but thanks, good try.
